Around La Liga is a scenic bus-trip through the news, rumor and transfers from all of the clubs representing all of the regions in Spain.

ValenciaValencia: According to Levante-emv.com, Valencia are very close to signing Mallorca forward Aduriz over proposed offers from Turkey or England. The player is clearly hoping to sign for Valencia. Villareal: midfielder Borja Valero signed from West Bromwich Albion in England has begun training with the first team. Argentine Ariel Ibagaza, who was let go by Villareal over the Summer has signed with Olympiakos FC of Greece. Levante: After discarding Manu Herrera, the club are looking for a keeper, Roberto from Osasuna is trying to facilitate his exit but that is just one option. Javi Guerra and Miguel Pallardó are also trying to extend their loan deals from Mallorca and Getafe respectively. Hercules: Javi Paredes, the left winger who played in Zaragoza last year, is close to becoming the first signing.

MurciaReal Murcia: Ricardo Perez de Zabalza, Richi, who has spent the last two years in Tenerife, has returned to Murcia to help them return to the Spanish professional league and out of the hinterlans of Segunda B. Iñaki Alonso has also signed to become their coach after directing Real Union of Irún.

AndalusiaReal Betis: Manuel Ruiz de Lopera has finally managed to sell the club to a consortium led by Luis Oliver. Midfielder Salva Sevilla, with the most inappropriate name that means Save Seville, has signed with rivals Betis after coming through the ranks at Poli Ejido and the last two years at Salamanca. Sevilla: Sevilla are very close to signing Napoli midfielder Luca Cigarini. Malaga: New owner Abdullah bin Nasser Al-Thani promised between 5-8 new signings in this transfer window and Eliseu is the first. Almeria: besides signing David Bisbal, the Latin-Grammy award winning singer who can be heard on one of the many excellent South Africa World Cup 2010 songs, is also an Almeria fan and supporter, Almeria have also announced the ceding of forward David Rodriguez to Celta Vigo.

Extremadura: Ex-Espanyol Sporting Director Paco Herrera (born in Extremadura) and right hand man to Rafa Benitez during the early Liverpool years, has signed to be the new manager at Celta Vigo.

Castile-La Mancha: In Herguijuela in the western province of Extremadura, a man drowned when diving into a municipal swimming pool after Spains victory.

MadridAtletico de Madrid: Atleti canterano Miguel Falcon has signed for Real Oviedo. Real Madrid: Pedro Leon, the Getafe winger, is the third signing of the Summer along with Angel di Maria who was signed during the World Cup and Racing Santander forward Sergio Canales who was signed midway through last season. With Jose Mourinho just today bringing his briefcase to the job, they are also looking at Chelsea left-back Ashley Cole and Germans Mezut Ozil, Sami Kedira, Thomas Mueller and Bastian Schweinsteiger.

GaliciaDeportivo La Coruna Saul Hernandez, the Asturian winger who played with Elche last season, has signed on a free. Along with Saul, Depor have signed Uruguayan forward Jonathan Urreta who is being touted by some s the eventual replacement for fellow countryman Diego Forlan.

AsturiasSporting de Gijon: Sebastien Eguren, the Uruguayan midfielder from Villareal is in the sites for Sporting.

CantabriaRacing Santander: Swedish midfiedler Kennedy Bakircioglu of Ajax, left-back Domingo Cisma from Almería and Francis from Xerez have all signed with the Santander club.

Pais Vasco
Athletic Bilbao: canterano Iban Zubiaurre has been presented as a new signing for Albacete, the player stating that he was looking for opportunities to play and was finding none at the Bilbao club. Real Sociedad: the San Sebastian club are talking with Manchester City about their want-away Brazilian striker Jo.

La Rioja
UD Logroñés:
Felix Revuelta, the main owner of UD Logroñes, is looking for help from the city and its outlying area or else the club might fold.
 

NavarraCA Osasuna: Olympiakos are making a bid for Iranian midfielder Javad Nekounam. Cesar Azpilicueta, one of the best young defenders in Spain, has been sold to Marseilles.

AragonReal Zaragoza: Colombian striker Marco Perez from Boyaca Chico has signed a two-year loan deal to replace Humberto El Chupete Suazo who has joined Rayados of Monterrey, Mexico instead.

Catalunya: Barcelona: Thierry Henry has left the club for New York Red-Bull in MLS. Despite a very public prank in the celebrations for Spains World Cup victory where teammates put a Barcelona shirt and called Cesc Fabregas the future of Spain and the future of Barça, the Fabregas deal with
Arsenal is about dead in the water. New President Sandro Rosell has stated that they will likely concentrate on other signings and leave Cesc for next Summer.
Pep Guardiola has signed a one-year extension to his deal until June of 2011, and the club have announced that they have taken out loans in excess of 100 million euros to cover wages. Espanyol: Fernando Marqués has signed with Parma of the Italian League. Nico Pareja has stated that hed leave, but only if a good offer came in. Espanyol has thrown their hat in amongst others for Recreativo de Huelva starlet Adrian Colunga.


Las Islas:  Michael Laudrup, the ex-Barcelona and Real Madrid player and ex-coach of Getafe, has joined Real Mallorca to replace Gregorio Manzano. Wimbledon champion Rafa Nadal has bought a stake in Real Mallorca, and the club have also announced that Aritz Aduriz has been sold to Valencia
